Das normale KGV hat einen Konstruktionsfehler: Es ignoriert das zukünftige Wachstum. Das PEG-Ratio behebt das.
Die Formel
PEG = KGV / Jährliches EPS-Wachstum (in Prozent)
Beispiel: Firma A hat ein KGV von 30 und wächst um 25 % (PEG = 1,2). Firma B hat ein KGV von 15, wächst aber nur um 5 % (PEG = 3,0). Firma A ist trotz doppeltem KGV deutlich attraktiver!
PEG-Interpretation
| PEG | Bedeutung |
|---|---|
| < 1,0 | Unterbewertet (Schnäppchen) |
| 1,0 – 1,5 | Fair bewertet |
| > 2,0 | Überbewertet |
